experimented with the blender again to distract me from the ever-present threat of cookies and cheeze-its that no one else has eaten yet
crystal light + frozen berries + kiwis + banana pudding mix didn’t turn out awesomely
had sugar free pistachio pudding made with fat free milk (~100) instead. I always turn to the jello mixes when I’m hungry
on another note, I didn’t lose today. I tried to tell myself not to think about it, but I did
still have to go for the nightly run and do floor exercises, but at least I managed to go on a bike ride early this morning after successfully mending my sleep schedule. I’m hoping to keep that as a positive, if nothing else
